- Al Safinah is a luxury scent and personal-care house rooted in cultural heritage, refined storytelling, and modern clean performance. Our product worlds include fine fragrance, grooming, skin care, laundry care, and home fragrance.
- We are seeking an entry- to mid-level Video Editor & Marketing Associate who can transform provided footage into compelling content for social media and YouTube. This role is ideal for a creative, dependable candidate who wants to sharpen their editing skills, learn brand marketing, and grow with Al Safinah.
- The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director, receiving footage, creative direction, training, and feedback while managing multiple content projects from editing through final delivery.

Compensation and Schedule
- Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
- Starting schedule: 20 hours per week
- Typical schedule: Four hours per day, Monday-Friday
- Employment type: Part-time, hourly
- Work arrangement: On-site during the initial three months
- All required training is paid
This position is intended to develop into a broader marketing role as Al Safinah grows.
- Months 1–3: 20 hours per week, five days on-site
- Months 4–6: 20 hours per week, three days on-site and two days remote
- After six months: Performance evaluation and potential increase to approximately 30 hours per week, with two days on-site and three days remote
- After one year: Performance evaluation and potential advancement into a full-time salaried position with benefits

- Al Safinah is hiring an enthusiastic and personable Sales Associate to represent our Perfume Bar at Harlem Irving Plaza (HIP Mall) in Norridge, Illinois.
- This is a six-month, part-time position designed for someone who enjoys fragrance, connecting with people, and turning conversations into memorable customer experiences.

Compensation and Schedule
- Location: Al Safinah Perfume Bar at Harlem Irving Plaza, 4104 N. Harlem Avenue, Norridge, IL 60706
- Employment type: Part-time, temporary six-month position
- Regular schedule: Every Friday, covering the full scheduled shift
- Additional availability: Willingness to work select holidays or additional shifts when extra support is needed
- Expected start: August 20, 2026
- Compensation: $17.50 per hour, plus performance bonuses ranging from $30 to $75 per shift based on clearly defined sales targets. All required training is paid.
